Select your preferred therapist and schedule a session that fits your needs. Sessions are held online via secure video calls, ensuring privacy and convenience. Please note bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance for immediate confirmation.

Appointment Information (Please Read Before Booking)

Session Length & Format

  • Individual sessions: 50 minutes

  • Couples / family sessions: 65 minutes

  • Sessions are usually held weekly, unless agreed otherwise with your therapist


Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required at least 72 hours before your session

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer or online

  • If payment is not received in time, your appointment may be cancelled or offered to another client


Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling

  • Late cancellations (less than 72 hours) will be charged in full

  • Missed sessions or late arrivals (over 15 minutes) will be treated as a no-show and charged in full


Late Arrivals

  • Sessions will still end at the scheduled time

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a missed session


What to Expect in Your First Session
Your first session will focus on:

  • Understanding your concerns and background

  • Agreeing on goals for therapy

  • Setting expectations and structure for future sessions


Online Sessions & Confidentiality

  • Sessions may be securely recorded or transcribed for accurate record-keeping (GDPR compliant)

  • You can opt out of this — just let your therapist know before the session

  • All sessions are strictly confidential, with standard legal exceptions (e.g. risk of harm)


Report Writing (Optional Service)

  • Reports for external use (e.g. legal, medical, educational) are charged at £70 per report

  • First draft is typically provided within 3 weeks

  • One revision is included if requested within 72 hours

  • Reports are written based on the therapist’s professional judgement and ethical guidelines


Your Rights as a Client

  • You can request to change therapist if needed

  • If concerns cannot be resolved, you may contact the therapist’s professional body (e.g. BACP, HCPC)

General Notes

  • Please attend sessions in a suitable state for therapy (not under the influence of drugs or alcohol)

  • Therapists use different approaches — feel free to discuss any preferences or questions

  • For clients under 18, parent/guardian involvement is required
