About online therapy

All sessions are delivered via Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, providing a secure and professional platform for online therapy. You'll receive a meeting link 24 hours before your appointment, and you can join from any device with an internet connection.

Online therapy offers the same quality of care as in-person sessions, with added convenience. You can attend from the comfort of your own home, eliminating travel time and making it easier to fit therapy into your schedule.

Research shows that online therapy is just as effective as face-to-face sessions for most presenting issues. The key is having a private, quiet space where you can speak freely without interruption.
