For any booked service, simply cancel the appointment at least 48 hours before the appointment time, and we will offer a rebook option or refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Only non-subscription/package service(s) can be refunded, subscription/package service(s) will be provided with an alternate service date/booking; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for refund: [subscription/package service(s)].
